The RJSW-01S has a more dramatically mottled pattern on it than the RJSW-02G. The cheaper version is also heavier and has a harder clearer more ringing like sound. In contrast the RJSW-02G has a slightly mellower sound and it lighter. Which one you want depends upon your taste.
