Super Playable Cymbals
The entire Caz line is pretty remarkable, and the 17" crash is my favorite from it. What's so special about these cymbals is that they're so exceptionally *playable*. They sound good enough too, but the sound does lack a little of the sophistication of the finest and most expensive cymbals. It's not really fair to say they're as good as cymbals costing three or four times as much.
But it's hard to find cymbals that are this *playable* at any price!
By this I mean that they respond nicely to anything you do to them. Play them softly or hard, crash the edge or ping the surface or the bell, or swell them with soft mallets. Whatever you do with Caz cymbals, you get an easily controllable and musical result.
Caz cymbals are IMO the top choice for a drummer on a budget, simply because they allow him to PLAY freely and develop his skills. Many cymbals make you struggle to hit them in just that one way where they sound decent, and that limits your development and holds you back. Caz gives you more freedom to express yourself, and the 17" is the right size for your main crash. At this price, just fucking buy one already!
Playbility is the #1 reason to buy these cymbals. Then they sound "good enough" too, but sooner or later a drummer will wish to step up to fancier cymbals, just to get a little fancier sound out of them.
At that point he will realize only the best of the best are a step up from Caz.

Otroligt prisvärd
Detta är en av de bästa crashar jag spelat på. Den är för mig minst lika bra som de som kostar tre gånger så mycket.
Det är en ganska tunn cymbal som är relativt mörk för att bara vara 17 tum.
Ett problem som crashar generellt har är att de ganska lätt blir för starka i förhållande till övriga trumsetet. Denna cymbalen kan man spela på ganska svagt och den öppnar upp sig och blommar ut fint ändå.
Vill man ha en ljus och snabb crash är detta inte rätt cymbal, men om man vill ha en mörk crash som låter stort och tar plats på ett behagligt sätt kan jag definitivt rekommendera den.

Fast and nice
The crash produces a very nice sound. It is fast and very variable. However it is quite thin, and I'm afraid I will break this one since I'm a 2B death metal player... Don't have the time to play as much anymore though, so this will do nicely for my short practice sessions.

Vällljudande crash med ride kvaliteter
Använder denna crash i rock och har den då som "smutsigare" ride och crash med kort decay. Den har ett relativt djupt vintageljud och reagerar snabbt. Perfekt för markeringar i en ride-rytm. Hyfsad attack i stockljudet. Mycket nöjd med ljud och funktion och den låter bättre än mycket dyrare varianter av mer kända märken. Men ljud är ofta en fråga om tycke och smak till syvende och sist. Men söker man en multifunktionell cymbal med vintageljud till ett bra pris kan denna vara helt rätt!!

Löjligt skönt ljud!
Det är helt otroligt vilken tid vi lever i. Kvalite' och ljud till detta pris hade inte funnits för 20 år sedan. Dessa låter så himla bra och jag kan inte vänta på nästa session i studion.
Passar mig som handsken att det låter lite vintage om dessa. Då det är lite tunnare cymbaler passar de extra bra i studio.
