Harley Benton PJ-4 HTR Deluxe Series

It doesn't tune great and the strings where pretty high up straight from the box. I'm sure the string hight can be easily fixed, maybe the tuning aswell if you mess around with the rod.

Anyway it's still very playable. The sound really is surprisingly good given the price, i'm sure it would be better if you put on some better strings. Mine had quite a lot of noise on the output though.

It's probably not a bass you'll be playing on for years and years if you get serious and but it's a bargain for anyone starting out.

Bra för nybörjare, som reservbas och för den som behöver en bas till sin hemstudio. Det enda som behöver bytas innan den kan användas är strängarna, de var riktigt usla.

I've had this for several years now and the intonation is still good. I had to get the connecting plug fixed since it broke after some normal tear but considering the prize it's still running smooth and sounding quite good. The mid is always quite strong but can be a bit adjusted. I got an amplifier with it that was the worse but the bass in itself sounds good!
