Bought this guitar because I really needed something with low mainenance fixed bridge and a more straightforward setup to be a recording workhorse. If you don't need a 5 way toggle switch, coil split push/pull and 4 volume/control knobs (who really does?) then this guitar is spot on (why features get 5 stars). Finish was flawless throughout. Hardware is excellent quality, even the 3 way toggle switch. The EMG Hot 70 pickups are a nice change from the 81 and 60 set as they dont have that very harsh top end which i usually end up cutting out with EQ anyway. Fret work is good, no sharp edges. The neck could be marginally thinner (for me) but because of it's natural feeling finish it feels a slightly thinner than laquered or painted equivalents of the same thinkness. Overall weight is nice and light. Needed a bit of a tune up but generally came well setup. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
