I could not stand the default cups because they were way too thin and too stiff, it was uncomfortable already when just putting them on and gave me headaches until I could finally replace them with better ones.

The audio is really good, very neutral and studio-like that helps you set the right tones in both music and production. But I also like them for casual use too.

Another really good sign that this is a good pair of headphones is the separable cable and even locking mechanism. It's very neat for when the cable wears down and want to replace it, or when you want to store the headphones away during travel. They can fold inwards to take up less space, which is good, but I find it slightly annoying every time I take them off.

A high quality 6.3mm adapter is also included, which I always use for my interface.

This is a very good pair of headphones for a fair price as long as you change out the cups. Personally I recommend oval Brainwavz earpads.
