Vandoren Jumbo Java Tenor Sax T95

I took a chance on this mouthpiece because I was looking for another nuance, something that would be darker/mellower than my existing favourite (an original Dave Guardala) and yet still have plenty of life and character. I'm happy to say that this mouthpiece combined with the Vandoren ligature is very good, livelier than I had expected (even unanimously approved by a recent audience). Excellent value at a low cost. I've recently returned a mouthpiece that was four times the price of this Vandoren Jumbo Java T 95 because I actually prefer the Vandoren... this is an excellent mouthpiece.
