angenehmes Training

Mit diesem Teil kann man auf angenehme Weise Atemtraining machen. Je nachdem, in welchem Winkel man dieses Pfeifchen hält, verändert sich die Geschwindigkeit, mit der der Atemwiderstand pulsiert. Der Widerstand ist mittelstark.
Die Verarbeitung ist leider etwas mittelmässig und das Plastik verbiegt sich leicht, aber soweit ist alles funktional.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber lustig

Um bei Übungen zur Atemtechnik besser zu werden habe ich mir den Shaker geordert und muss sagen, das diese Vibration zu Beginn merkwürdig ist, aber nach 1-2 Wochen schon Wirkung zeigt & es riecht nicht.
