Good materials and easy to install, but doesn't completely follow the standard.
When I bought it, for the price I paid, I expected it to be made completely from plastic, but I was surprised when I found that the plate is actually made from metal!
I bought two of these to route the MIDI in and out from my audio interface to my patch bay, and it's doing that perfectly well. Only downside I see is that the connector doesn't fill the whole hole made for the standard Neutrik connectors when mounted from behind, but that's just cosmetic. The function is solid and it works well.

A shame that Neutrik haven't bothered to make such sockets. But big thanks to Thomann for these, they work as intended.
