Doesn't work at all. The rubber clamps don't provide enough friction to get a good grip on the saxophone, and if you try to solve it by tightening the screw hard, the whole thing disintegrates because it's all made out of cheap plastic.

The violin clip is similar, but works better mostly because the violin is not as slippery as the sax.

This mounting clip is really bad. It does not sit well on the alto sax and only a little better on tenor sax. The microphone also tends to rotate down, and out of position, when playing.
