This is my first noise gate/cancelling pedal and so far I'm impressed but not floored.
At first I had to struggle quite a bit to get a sound that wasn't compromised too much by the pedal. I got a quite a lot of decay that could chop of the sustains too much. Now I have found a setting that works for me. I haven't delved deep into the toneprint settings but I imagine that it could be tailored for almost any need.
I play metal so there are a lot of distortion pedals that generate a lot of noise and it's effectively removed by this pedal. It's always on when I play. I can recommend this pedal!
