T-Rex Soulmate Acoustic

I was absolutely sure that this would be perfect for me, unfortunately it wasn't. The pedal has everything you need and more, really well built, nice footprint, good buttons, but I was not satisfied with the EQ part at all. I know exactly how my Maton guitar should sound in a PA or in smaller speakers and other pedals have given me the opportunity to just fine-tune the EQ and add some compressor, reverb etc. In this pedal I barely recognized my own guitar sound despite a long time of testing at home before I took it to a gig and once there I experienced the same problem and couldn't get the sound I wanted. If there was a possibility for a separate volume and perhaps on/off for just the EQ part, I would have kept the pedal. For me, even a more simple EQ would have been enough, mostly because I think the basic direct sound is so solid and I want a pedal that just push it further not change it. Otherwise a great pedal except for the really bad placement of the looper and also the power supply which feels like a future problem. Sad to say but the pedal is returned.
