I was looking for a bassguitar that could bring me back to the 90s without being it a hyped up Fender. And i wasn't expecting that this relatively light weighted bassguitar could do it (for me). I enjoy the 'vintage' tone control in combination with the balance control. The low B and E sounds beautiful and steady. The frets are finger friendly and i enjoy the (hidden) active/passive switch knob. After more than a year i still use it for music like Chic, chaka khan and sister sledge. I don't really use it for slapping, even though I could. For me the beauty comes out during fingerplay. I'm glad i have one!
