No bounce
I quess I?m being a bit unfair as it's sort af the nature of the construktion I'm having a hard time with rather than the specifik Rohema Rods. I just find that there is no bounce and no tone in toms/snare when playing with rods. Some might like the strike/attack-sound of the rods but if it's just for volume-sake I rather try to adjust my playing with ordinary drumsticks.
