Great Mic

This mic is great and it picks up things from very far away right infront of the mic in a straight angle, even from the sides it picks up alot of things.

Not so good from behind though. How ever... this mic has some different settings also, +20 db and -10db for vey noisy places, and of course also a 0 setting for normal usage.

This mic is great for any DSLR camera and it also have a shock mount. It runs on 9 volts battery and it is powered on by a switch wich can easy be forgotten about when recording video, this mic does not take to much battery. I would recommend this mic to anyone because its very good.
