I bought this in late 2020 and have been using it regularly but not heavily since. When I got the board and case, it was obvious that the board itself is more than adequate and worth the cost. But the soft case would be the first thing to fall. A couple of years later, the case seeing mild day-to-day use, with an occasional trip or gig, the zippers started to snag on the inside fabric. A year or so later the clips on the zippers themselves came loose, but that's easy enough to replace on your own.
My board is on the heavier side, though not very heavy. Part of this is because I've installed the Rockboard Tray to mount my power supply as well as the Drawer. I will also note that the zippers themselves haven't had any problems, it's been the inside fabric, the clips, och and sometimes I hear the stitching break loose on the handle.
Overall I think it's a good product in a very practical size. Maybe the case is produced a bit stronger now? Or maybe my pedalboard is too heavy?
