Pigtronix Philosophers Tone Micro

The Philosophers tone micro is nice looking and doesn't take up much space on your pedalboard. its biggest feature is the treble boost / cut which helps you to cut trough the mix.

It doesn't colour the sound at all and doesn't make any unnecessary noice or hum unless you turn the sustain knob past 3 o clock.

but if you're like me, always trying out new gear, the philosophers tone might just not make enough impression to make it your "go to compressor". its definitely good and worth its price but there is so much gear out there.
