14" Dark Crisp Hi-Hat

On the way to the optimum cymbal sound for the Signature Series a special Paiste sound alloy from patented bronze was developed. The results are instruments that have gained increasing recognition since their introduction in 1989 and have since proven themselves in both studio and live performances. The sound has a high expressiveness and can be described as being delicate, transparent, musical, emotional as well as colourful.

The Signature Line's Dark Crisp hi-hat is a cymbal with a very thick bottom and a thin upper, making it an enspecially versatile hi-hat. A warm, accented stick sound merges with a pretty, dark and crispy chick sound.

Clever blend of light and dark sounds

A lighter top cymbal married to a very heavy bottom cymbal gives the Paiste Signature Dark Crisp hi-hat a superb blend of sound - a crisp 'chick' with the foot and a tight pattern played with the stick - with an underlying depth - fantastic hi-hat :)

sehr dünnes Top, extra schwerer Bottom - das ist die Kombination für den perfekten Hi-Hat Sound. Sensibel, kraftvoll, nicht zu hell oder dunkel. Satter Cick, voller Open-Sound.
