I have seen the light
Bought this to open up my MPC for live and studio use and boy does it deliver!
The MPC is a bit of a slog to prepare, but the launch control is a breeze to set up and update. Setting names, colors and what have you is really easy and it is great that you can back up and save several setups and scenarios via the components app. Oh and you have 16 layouts at the tip of your fingers, plus two dedicated daw control layouts.
Held back for the longest time on the previous version and the Akai counterpart due to both of them having knobs that scream don't touch me or I'll not do what you intend and for the sake of vanity, so ugly, both of them. With the LC3, that is not the case! Knobs, faders nd buttons are solid, responsive and feel great! Plus it looks really good!
Very happy and this is slowly turning into the centerpiece of my studio as it can control Ableton and external devices without issue!
