Meinl 18" Classics Custom Tr. China

I was on the lookout for a china, but not a regular china. I wanted something that would cut through a mix and not sound to... clean?
My expectations werent low, but not either super high. I got very supprised by the sound and after playing around with it for a bit, i understood why drummers like Thomas Lang uses it for stacking. It really holds up to the "Trashy" part of the sound, wich you will either love or hate.

If you are using thinner sticks, like a 5A, you might need to put a bit more force on the cymbal to really get the sound right. I play with 5B+ and they work fantastic.

It is very different but i personally enjoy the sound of it. Im very satisfied with this product!
