Very heavy and a bit tricky to mount

I purchased these for a pair of Meinl fiberglass congas, and they are doing the job properly when they are mounted and in place. But I was disappointed about how heavy they are, being made in solid iron, and there is a lot of screwing involved in the mounting, which therefore takes some time.
