High quality synthetic reed
The Legere Signature has been my choice of reed for the clarinet for a number of years by now. It has some resistance compared to the more free blowing European cut. Also more core to the sound and fine projection.
The Legere reeds last very long and are very consistent. Compared to cane, they save me a lot of time because it's simply just to pick them up and play.
