Great sound, but the batteries don’t work!

Great sound, but serious power issues — batteries don’t work!

💬 Explanation:

The sound quality is excellent — clear, powerful, and professional. But there’s a serious issue with power. I tried the included batteries, my own ones, and even expensive Energizers — none of them work at all. The device only works if you connect an extra power source through the USB-C port or another phone. When the phone goes into sleep mode, the power drops and you have to lower the volume a lot. Apart from that, everything works and sounds great, but the fact that it doesn’t run on batteries is a big drawback.

Wasn’t sure if it worked with my iphone 15 and also bought wrong device and thomann changed my order in a heartbeat. Top class service and top class device, works perfectly, happy days
