I bought a left-handed TE diy kit. Upon arrival the neck had very rough fret ends (on the level of hurting myself) and it had a visible hump around fret 12. Also the bridge pickup was very microphonic. I wrote to customer support and received an excellent replacement neck and new pickup within a couple of days, no questtions asked.
