Harley Benton TE-20HH SBK Standard Series

Jag köpte denna gitarr i februari och fick en gitarr lång över förväntan om man ser på priset. Jag beställde en till i mars, men tyvärr så fick jag en helt annan gitarr. Ja, dom såg lika dana ut, men dom hade ändra väldigt mycket. Strängarna gick inte genom kroppen, halsen var tjockare och en annan shape. Fretboard var 1/2cm längre än halsen nere vid kroppen. Jag har mailat bilder till Thomann och påpekat skillnaden.
Jag förstår att det är en billig gitarr, men jag tycker nog att Thomann dska informera att det kan vara stora skillnader på produkten och att bilderna inte alltid stämmer med vad du köper.

Thank you very much for your patience while our guitar team was looking into this case for you. Unfortunately, the design and look of these guitars can indeed vary slightly from batch to batch. A variation in material and finish can happen from time to time, and would be accepted by our quality control.

Adding to that, the images on our website are never an exact representation of how your instrument will look like. I am afraid it would be impossible for us to send you a guitar that matches your specification, or looks like the guitar that your friend received.

I am sorry that we can not meet your request in this case. You can of course return the guitar for a refund if you wish.

Alternatively, I am happy to offer you a store credit of 250SEK, as a small compensation for the disappointment? The store credit will remain on your Thomann customer account, and can be used against any future order you wish to place with us.

I usually stick to Gibson Les Pauls and Fender (made in the USA) because, yes, I’m a nerd. But this guitar offers so much at just a fraction of the price. Sure, you could polish it up a bit, but it works perfectly fine as it is. I’ve been using this guitar just as much as my others. I’d recommend it both for beginners and for anyone (like me) who loves treating themselves to yet another guitar for absolutely no reason.
