Nice guitar - needs a setup but sounds & looks great
I recently bought this guitar for my daughter as she's starting out to play and was going to perform at school. She wanted a good looking guitar and I wanted a GOOD guitar. So this was the compromise.
The neck is gorgeous, the fretwork is excellent and everything about the guitar looks-wise is top of the line. I couldn't find anything to comment on other than the fact that it is slightly less sparkly in real life than in the pictures.
It sounds great, in every configuration be it with or without coil-split. It's done everything from Taylor Swift to Foo Fighters and Metallica so far and I think it'll keep her going for life to be totally honest.
The only minor drawback I have is that the setup was very buzzy out of the box and had to be adjusted, and the Elixir strings it came with had somehow been flattened creating an even worse buzz-situation.
Apart from that though - and all of it easily fixable with a string change and a basic setup - its an amazing guitar.
