I faced a problem with my guitar after six months but the company replaced it with a new one and provided a free-shipping code due to the technical problem of the product. Nice... The price is quite good.

Unfortunately, the same problem happened again on the new one which could be easily considered as problem in production line of this guitar. But i received a message from the company that this problem is a self-inflicted one.!!
