Let me start by noting that I recently started purchasing more pedals and that this is the very first power supply I have bought.
Additionally, I am a bedroom guitarist, so my experiences/use cases with this product might not 100% match yours.
I have bought other Harley Benton products prior to this one, and in my experience, they usually deliver a good product for the price, and this one is no different.
I find it to be very sturdy, and it doesn't *feel* cheap, as it is in an aluminum housing. And I doubt that it will break anytime soon as it will mainly be stationary.
The knobs can feel a bit small, but it is a set it and forget type thing, so this is only a nitpick.
It powers all of my four pedals without issue, and I haven't noticed any excess or unwanted noise, which is what I feared the most when buying this product.
The only things that bother me are that there isn't an option to turn off a particular output nor a switch to turn off the power supply itself.
I have solved it through other means, but that is the only "negative" thing I can say about this product.
All-in-all, a great power supply that will stay with me for a long time and that I can recommend to people looking for a cheaper alternative.
