Harley Benton Custom Line CLGS-10S Travel

I expected this guitar to feel more like a toy, but it comes across as a real instrument and plays very nicely out of the box.

My first impression playing it was that it was louder than expected. My previous experience with smaller guitars is that they sound "tinny", but with this is not the case with this guitar. It doesn't have the fullness or depth of a full-size guitar, but that can't be expected from a guitar this size. At first I thought the V-shape neck would feel odd, but it is comfortable to play. The scale length is shorter than a "standard" guitar and the nut is narrower, so someone with big hands might find it difficult to play.

The cons: The finish has a few minor blemishes on my guitar, but nothing I was really bothered by. The tuners are not of the greatest quality, but they work fine for now. The intonation is not perfect, but it's close enough.

All in all I am really happy with my purchase and my expectations are exceeded. There are some things that can be improved, but at this price there really isn't much to complain about. And it comes with a gig bag.
