Harley Benton Beatbass VS Vintage Series

First off if you’re looking for a Beatles type sound you can achieve it with some slight modifications, like a sponge dampener by the saddle and obviously flat wounds. But the hollow body really brings it home with that upright bass sound.

All in all it feels okay to play. The neck is quite heavy which creates an imbalance since the body is so light. Some parts feel a bit plastic and the neck needed to be oiled right away, looked like it was about to crack at any moment.

4/5 given the price it is super worth.

Got this only because it resembles the one McCartney used! Pretty good sound and feel. Very light weight so it's a joy to play.

This bass is great, but it has a problem with the input jack, could just be mine that’s faulty, but in all other regards it’s a great bass.
