Graph Tech PQ 6060 00 Slotted Nut

I have installed this on both my 2015 Epiphone Les Paul standard, 2015 Epiphone Dot and a 2016 Epiphone G400. In all cases the string height ended up too low and I needed to put a 1 mm shim under the nut. The nut was also slightly too thick to fit in the neck slot. Also, the string slots are not really mechanically cut to a nice shape, the string slots are moulded, so I would recommend using a nut file afterwards. I have it in 3 guitars and will probably order this product again because I like the material and the look, but for Epiphones you probably need to shim it and use a nut file. It is not a fit and forget product. Once it is mounted I really like it.
