Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen

After testing these for a month now I have noticed that the device has an issue with some Intel Core processors. In my case the interface doesn't work along with the 8th Gen i7.

I hear crackling and clicking sound from the audio interface and this is mutual even for people who listens to me.

Focusrite made a mistake by creating a 3rd Gen of a faulty device in the beginning. If 2 generations didn't solve, why would the 3rd do the trick then!? Apparently this 3rd Gen has the very same issue as the previous models. Focusrite says following; "There appears to be an issue particular to your Scarlett's ability to properly attach to any host system." - in other words this device isn't suitable to run through USB at all.

Huge disappointment. Wished the circumstances would have been different.
