Flight S35 Tempo Ukulele Strap

I purchased this strap to use on my Harley Benton mandolin.

On the plus side: The strap is very well made. Soft and pliable, but of decent thickness, and the material appears to be very good quality.
The colour and pattern is very pretty.
The length is sufficient for use, by both men and women, on instruments (It is a ukulele strap after all) in the size range that the strap was designed for. On my mandolin it works out perfectly.

On the negative side: The holes and slits, on the leather ends, to fit over the strap buttons are an extremely tight fit both over the instrument’s strap button and over the included strap loop’s button. It took a lot of force to fit these and for a woman it is rather difficult. On some strap buttons it may be necessary to lengthen the slit on the strap with a knife or pre-stretch the hole so as to get the strap over the strap button.

Longer versions of these straps, to fit acoustic guitars, would be a great idea since the material is of good quality and the patterns and colours are extremely nice.

Diesen benutze ich sogar für die Tenor Gitarre von Harley Benton, die die Länge eines Tenor Banjos mit 20 Bünden hat. Zwar muss ich dabei die volle Länge ausfahren, aber es passt genau für mittelgroße schlanke Menschen und breit genug ist er bei dem leichten Gewicht einer Tenor Gitarre auch. Mein altes Tenor Banjo würde ich allerdings nicht dran hängen, denn dann schneidet es wahrscheinlich in den Nacken. Die Qualität, auch die des Leders, ist super und die Lochschlitze passen genau auf die Gitarren / Ukulelen Knöpfe und halten, was besonders wichtig ist.
