Red Alert Failure
I was quite expectant when receiving this pedal, but I found a major flaw that makes it unusable for anything else than isolated careful use at home. This is a digital piece of equipment (of course it is), but it has analog rotary knobs for controlling the settings and most people, including me want it this way, so no complaints about that. But there is a major technical design flaw with the operation of these knobs. When you recall a preset with the button the knobs will (obviously not) turn by them self. So even if e.g. the decay knob is 90% clockwise but the preset has a value of 10%, if the knob is touched, ever so slighly the preset will change to the 90% setting. This may happen if you just move the box on the floor with your foot, or people are jumping around on stage and make the floor vibrate.
The normal solution for this on equipment like this is that when you recall a preset, in order to change the value of a knob you should need to turn it a certain amount before it reacts. I have a 20 year old digital Yamaha guitarr amp that works this way.
I would never trust this thing in a live situation.
