Decent but not great
So I should start by saying that this did not 100% fit my Squier CV 70s Strat LRL NAT, which is quiet shocking. But after some light sanding I could fit it into place. Now the screw holes doesn't fit the stock screws so they kind of protrude a bit, no biggie.
With all that said my biggest issue is how rough the edges are. On my fender tele the edges around the pickguard are smooth. But these don't feel sanded after the actual cut out was made, very dissapointed by that.
All in all it's a fender pickguard and it had to go on my guitar. The price makes it almost not worth it given the hassle.

Underwhelming…
While the pickguard fit my Fender Player Stratocaster perfectly, as I expected, the quality of the pickguard wasn’t up to par with something I’d expect from Fender. The edges are really rough, as if it’d come straight from the machine, and I would probably have been fine with it id it wasn’t for the fact that my original pickguard from Fender didn’t have these rough edges, or that pickguards that I have purchased for 1/4 of the price are twice as good. So yeah, I could’ve just saved myself some money and gone with an off-brand pickguard instead. But if you insist on getting a pickguard from Fender deapite its shortcomings, this one is alright, but nothing to write home about. It’s a shame, but it’s the truth. It’s a terribly overpriced item…
