Poorly set up.

I love this bass it's the one I play most. The thing that bothers me is way the guitar has been set up.
Out of the box and my example has very high action and the neck is noticeably bowed. The neck has to be removed in order to adjust the truss rod. The intonation is way off too.
I don't want to attempt resolving these issues myself because I could very easily turn my guitar into a stick.
It's still very playable I just feel disappointed that such an expensive guitar has these problems.
