Fender 250R

I used to use Fender strings way back, but changed to daddario some years ago. Wanted to try some Fender strings again, so I bought a sixpack of these and restrung my tele.
The acoustic sound was metallic in the midrange and lacked some of the higher frequences, which I didn't like. The metallic midrange also enhanced the fret buzz.
These strings are nickel plated steel, so I guess that this is the sound of such strings. I prefer pure nickel strings...

The feel of the strings when you play is fine, no difference to the strings I'm used to.

The quality is good, haven't broken one string yet in six months (yes, I don't change strings often. I don't have sweaty hands...)

In the amp there is a bit more mid, and they're ok to use, but I will not buy these again.
