Vilken gitarr!

Wow säger jag bara, detta trodde jag aldrig när jag beställde den.
Har alltid velat ha vit Les Paul med guld detaljer. Tycker Gibson versionen är lite väl dyr för min smak, och den lite billigare Epiphone modellen passar inte mig då huvudet inte är så snyggt
Så denna passar mig verkligen, en riktig pärla att titta på men framför allt att spela på

Paketet var bra paketerat av Thomann, direkt ur kartongen så möts man av ett rätt så snyggt case, och öppnar upp caset och möts av en sån otroligt snygg gitarr.

Spelbarheten direkt ur kartongen var perfekt, min var intonerad nästan perfekt, stränghöjden perfekt.
Hantverket är mycket bra gjort, har inte hittat några dings eller liknande.

Har aldrig riktigt känt att en gitarr spelar av sig själv innan, men när man har denna i handen så är det som att man inte kan sluta spela.
Halsen är tunnare än vad jag förväntade mig, och det är en smaksak. Jag gillar tunnare halsar så det är perfekt.
Ljudet är riktigt bra, låter bra, håller stämman bra.

Det bästa köpet inom gitarrer jag har gjort. Är helt såld på gitarren!

A lot for the price (for an Epiphone)

I’ve played many Gibsons live but never owned one, and my main high‑end guitar is an ESP Eclipse, so I’m used to great build quality. This is my second Epiphone — my Slash Appetite Burst plays fantastic — so I went for this model to get a bit more: Gibson pickups, better finishes, and an overall more premium feel.

It delivered. The binding is sharp and clean, the nut is perfectly aligned, and the setup was spot‑on (1.25 mm on the high E with zero buzz). It feels like a Gibson and sounds like a Gibson. The fretwork is also good: no nibs, of course, but the frets are well finished and consistent all along the neck.

If I have to complain, sure — the poly finish isn’t nitro. It’s not the same, and it shouldn’t be compared as if it were. But that’s really the only “negative.”

I’m not saying you can’t find a better guitar for the money; I’m saying this is Gibson’s brand, with all its strengths and weaknesses, and Epiphone has stepped up. You can tell they’re pushing the quality forward. If this “Inspired by Gibson Custom” line is the new direction, Epiphone’s future looks very promising.

Absolutely worth the extra over the standard Inspired by Gibson models.

The Epiphone Les Paul Custom is a solid guitar once it’s properly set up. After some adjustment, it plays very well and delivers a satisfying tone and feel. However, it’s important to recognize that it will never truly be a Gibson — it lacks some of the refinement, resonance, and premium materials that make the Gibson Les Paul stand out. The finish on the Epiphone is decent but far from perfect, showing that while it looks great from a distance, it doesn’t have the same level of detail or craftsmanship up close.

Overall, it’s a good guitar for the money, offering the Les Paul experience at a more accessible price point, but it doesn’t fully capture the magic of the original Gibson.

This guitar is impeccable in every way the set-up the sound the playability everything is perfect out of the box. Price payed is a couple of 100 € less than when they first hit the market . This one's a keeper .
