A bit of extra money gives a great usability boost

I bought this amplifier/mixer for the purpose of achieving a flexible routing and attenuating setup. And it's definitely flexible with some neat normalization and mixing abilities. Combine the output of 2 or 3 channels and send it through the fourth for example. The A-135-1 was included in my very first modular setup, so naturally I thought about just getting a single VCA as a cheaper alternative. In retrospect I'm very glad I didn't. The extra money is worth it. This product will be with my for a long time as I expand my modular system.
