If you like low pass gates you are going to like this one. The vactrol on mine has pretty short decay, but the cool thing with the A-101-2 is that you can patch an envelope to CV2 to set the decay to whatever you like.

As a filter it's pretty aggressive ( a la MS20 style) and it's not to shabby as a VCA, but the LPG is where it shines. Lots of value for the money and not that big of footprint HP wise.
