Digitech DOD Phasor 201

Great phaser. True bypass, great build quality.

Sound: On low it enters univibe territory and sounds great. At full speed it goes into leslie territory and sounds great here too, but could be a little faster IMO. In the middle settings it sounds somwhat like a scooped chorus and I don't like it as much in the middle.

I would rate this phaser as second best after the MXR Phase 90 even though the DOD is much better sounding at slower speeds. The DOD is more subtle in all settings than the MXR 90 which works out better at slow speeds.

You can hear this pedal in action on the intro of "Quarter to midnight" by April Asylum on Spotify. At the end of the intro, the speed knob is turned up from middle to it's fastest setting as the guitar fades away.
