One of the best deals for the buck when it comes to strings, especially for people running a studio and having fresh strings to put before a recording session.

Sound is clean and cranky, especially when new. That high-end crunchy song may however fade out in around 2 weeks, but the sound is still good and record-able.

I am not that picky with brand and I suck at keeping fresh strings on my bass (like most bass players I know) so this was a trial and error-buy on my behalf. I needed longer strings for a long scale bass, the ones I had before didn't reach all the way, so I got these and it worked out fine.
In my world they are quite long lived and don't cost THAT much even though bass sets always tend to be a bit pricy.
