Two will make for much more rounded, and sparkly highs, It's honestly celestions best speaker. having gone down the huge rabbit hole with speakers, I know this will make your amp sound huge, but a direct mic on the centre isn't always going to work. I mic my baffle, not the centre of speakers, I get more the whole amp sound. It's a great speaker in the room, but maybe for you, not recording.
