Boss RC-5 Loop Station

Perfekt for my use case, using an external midi footpedal to get extended control. syncs perfectly with any other midi gear. I also love the fact that ut can do odd meters.

Glad I took a dive with this little thing! Easy to navigate the menu, does what it is meant to do and the drum feature is a plus+. Takes about a half day to learn the different features and to learn the menu but after that you'll have a blast. With 99 banks you can store plenty of backing tracks/song ideas and it is really easy to save your loops.

PS. don't understand why people are giving this pedal a negative review for not being able to save your loops? Takes me about 3 second to save a loop and you can also rename each bank.

Fantastic functionality, diverse purposes, great for jamming, recording riffs and very easy to navigate and use.
