Top, back and sides are cold-pressed from ingeniously perforated, high-quality sheet aluminium
The Electrola has a soundpost, a bass bar and a light and relatively elastic bridge
Assembly of wood and aluminium parts with high-tech epoxy glue
Scale and body length correspond to the acoustic viola, the weight is approx. 15 % higher than on the acoustic viola

The Electrola is based on an acoustic viola with a body length of 40.5 cm, the scale and outer dimensions are the same, but the vibrating part of the body is shorter.
Due to larger vibrating surfaces and a corresponding arching design, it has a real viola timbre.
