Allparts Semi-Hollow Wiring Kit

Absolut inga konstigheter. Allt anlände i perfekt skick.

Dock är ”ritningen” för kopplingsschemat riktigt dålig. Handskrivet och sen kopierat med en dålig kopiator?

Har man inte kopplat en switchcraft pickup switch innan så är inte ritningen till någon hjälp.. Fick ta hjälp av internet, när allt var klart så passande den givetvis inte. Går inte att få den att gänga då skaftet är för kort. (Jag fortsatte använda Epiphone switchen)

Annars är det gott om kabel. Hålen för pottarna behöver vidgas något. Pottarna går igenom F-hålen, men man får ha rätt vinkel så går det utan våld.

Bra pris för kvalitets grejer, rekommenderas.

Not great, not bad.
After reading the other reviews I must add this:

- 2x Audio Taper + 2x Linear Taper pot. If you don't like how the pots behave, this is personal preference and you should have done your research before buying.
- There is a very noticable difference in turning resistance. The linear pots turn very "heavy", the audio pots turn very light. -> This feels weird.
- You need to buy correct braided wire seperately. The wire in the kit is not long enough and it's the wrong wire anyway, it's totally useless.
- There is no issue with the switch. The issue is with the nut. The switch has the wrong nut and this is not Thomann or Allparts fault. If you buy Switchcraft switch seperately it also has the wrong nut. They give you 1 flat nut, but you need a nut that goes "inside" the guitar. "Deep thread nut". -> Search for "Switchcraft SW-DKN-N".
- There is a paper with wiring schematic for a Les Paul guitar in the kit (not for ES335). Not a problem, there are very good schematics on internet anyway.

Conclusion:
1) The parts are good quality. But the set is incomplete: you need to purchase braided wire and the correct nut for the switch before you can use it!
2) The pots dont behave in the same way.
3) -> It's probably better to buy everything seperately, especially the pots.
