I bought Yamaha HS 7 MP (Matched Pair), the size and built quality is great. They cover good rage of frequency response and the sound quality they deliver, is flat and this is what you need when you do your mixes. If you set them correctly (see some YouTube Videos) and if your room is treated (at least some good level if not fully treated), these monitors will not disappointed you at this price range.

Exchanged my old 5" ESI nEar for this pair and the difference is astonishing. Good low sounding base and really clear details inte the higher register.

Buy these and you will not be disappointed!
