Upgrade
I upgraded from a Behringer P2 Wired unit to this and the difference is staggering, the sound quality is excellent and the fact that you have mutliple channels to choose from is especially useful when there are 4 of us all using wireless in ears so we don't get cross interference. Our Bass player has the U45 as well (the none black one) and he recommended it to me and I can't fault his recommendation.
Battery life seems to be great (I've yet to exhaust it) and the charging cable that allows you to charge both at the same time is really useful.
I chose the black because I tend to wear black, my guitar straps are all black (I clip it to the guitar strap) and it hides it well but this is not really an essential feature (just one I happened to really like).
All in all I found this to be great value for money. I've played a few gigs with it now and there isn't a mark on the units so looks like they are pretty durable too. I couldn't be happier.
