bass came with faulty rusted bridge screws out of the box

the bass guitar came with faulty rusted screws in the bridge out of the box. I have photos/videos to prove that and I sent that to Thomann.

When contacted Thomann refused to replace the part and guided me for a refund that can only be done on a bank account.

Well guess what, I'm a cash type of individual so they refused the refund on the grounds that it can only be done on a bank account after I send them the bass back.
I paid cash on delivery for the bass, not on a bank account!!!!!!

I will never use this website to purchase my bass gear.
I will write to Warwick to let them know that Thomann is playing with their brand name.
