Walrus Audio Slö Multi Texture Reverb

Brought this pedal to play with my band, everyone was blown away by the meditative, shamanic, space vibes it brings.

Love it as a piece in my home studio as well, using it with guitar (obviously), but also synths and even dfam - it can produce very weird sounds, like if you're playing in a metal room if that makes sense.

Finally, when combined with distortion it covered my raw black metal needs forever.

Can't recommend more.

The only thing I have against it is that out of all 4 Slö pedals that i've tried before, all had the same problem. The knobs were not perfectly aligned. There is always one of them that is slightly out of grid. Which is a small detail but considering the price of the pedal, I'd wish that this was not the case. Otherwise the design is awesome, overall build quality is fantastic and sound is incredible too. I'd recommend it to anyone, who is in need of some ambient reverb.

Riktigt bra reverb, enkelt att använda och mycket välljudande och användbara lägen.
En negativ sak dock, grundtonen ändras, pedalen tillför mellanregister och skär bort bas vilket inte alltid är positivt. Personligen tänkte jag lösa detta problem med en parallell effektloopspedal, så jag kan bibehålla min grundton och addera Slöpedalen i önskad mängd.

Had a few reverbs during the years and this one is the one for the pedal board. So easy to use and the warmth and length of the reverb is fantastic. Very useful for ambient guitar music.

Gorgeous ambient sounds you never want to switch off.
