I don't usually notice much difference in sound when replacing tubes. But there are some differences: bandwidth, hum, microfonics.
After one month of usage I changed back to a JJ E83CC and I liked it a lot more with my Supro amp. The midrange groul with the Tung Sol was really missing when some gain was added. For sparling clean tones it worked very well though.

Great tubes for my Fender
The previous owner of the Fender SC I bought hadn't changed tubes since he bought it. The amp still sounded great, but now I've replaced the factory tube with this and I honestly had no clue what a monster amp I really had before the switch.
I really got no negatives to bring forward, unless they end up breaking prematurely!
